FREMONT LANES CLOSED and Torn Down
I'm sure a lot of you know by now but for those who don't Fremont bowling alleys has closed down and also has been demolished and torn down. Being a historic fixture in the neighborhood of Fremont I for one find it pretty sad that it had to come to that. There are a lot of rumors around about who bought the land but we won't get into it. Right now it looks like the land is up for sale. Fremont Lanes and the Piraino's, Jay Piraino, Mike and Marty (Mr. Piraino to me) will be missed. We wish them nothing but the best thoughts! They make a big difference in our community!!!

Fremont Bowling, IncFremont Lanes is a family owned bowling alley with a full service bar and restaurant. Jay Piraino has been the proprietor for many years. They have 12 well kept up alleys for bowling and they also offer bumper bowling for the little ones. Automatic score keeping to make bowling more enjoyable. Fremont Bar and Restaurant, IncFremont's restaurant is well known locally for it's great food and their Home Made lunch specials are out of this world. Fremont's customers look forward to Fridays because they know Friday means tasty Fried Haddock dinners and Steamed Clams. The kitchen is always cooking up some good pizzas and wings along with many other menu items. I personally can confirm that Fremont Lanes has great pizza's and wings. Been there, done em, loved em!
